- Will this packaging actually stop my bottles breaking in transit?
- It is designed to. The method that works for posting glass is to cushion the bottle on all sides and stop it moving inside a rigid outer: slip each bottle into a valved inflatable air-cushion sleeve, seat it in a double-walled kraft bottle box, and seal with paper tape. That combination of cushioning plus a crush-resistant shell dramatically reduces transit breakage — the same box-in-box principle producers use by hand, stocked and ready to repeat.
- Can I order small quantities, or is there a minimum?
- You can buy by the pack with clear GBP pricing — there is no pallet minimum, so a small drinks producer can trial a single pack before scaling. Buy by the case, not the pallet. Need a bigger run? See our small-producer wholesale page or get in touch and we'll help you plan quantities.
- Is the packaging really recyclable, or just 'eco' talk?
- Specifically: the kraft bottle boxes and carrier boxes are plain board you can recycle kerbside in most UK areas, and the kraft paper tape is paper-based so it recycles with the carton — no plastic strip to peel off. The inflatable air-cushion sleeves are reusable rather than single-use. We don't use polystyrene or foam.
- Will it fit my bottle or can size?
- Match the SKU to your bottle: carrier boxes are sized for 330ml and 500ml bottles and cans in 3- or 6-bottle layouts; double-walled kraft bottle boxes come for 1, 2, 3 or 6 bottles; and inflatable sleeves come in single, double and triple, in 65µm and 100µm film. Every product page states the exact ml, mm and bottle count.
